Richard Dean Back
October 13, 1924 – September 8, 2012
IN THE CARE OF
WWII vet, Richard "Sonny" Back, left to meet Jesus peacefully in the afternoon. Richard is a member of the Del City Church of Christ.
Richard is succeeded in this life by his wife Jean Stevens Back of Del City; three children, Richard Back of Fayetteville, AR, Leslie Bennett of Brenham, TX, and Halcyon Rigdon of Raleigh, NC; two step children, Steven Leonard of Ft. Smith, AR, Donna Jean Stevens Leonard of Del City, OK; Four grandchildren Erin and Emilie Bennett and Ariel and Adren Rigdon.
Memorial Services to celebrate his life will be at 2:00 p.m., September 29, 2012 at the Norman Veterans Center Chapel, 1776 E Robinson, Norman, Oklahoma, with Shawn Fowler officiating. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
