She lived in Oklahoma City area until she was 9 when she moved to California. Where her father was employed at Standard Oil. That is where she spent most of her life as a homemaker, mother, grandmother. She spent her final years back in Oklahoma City area. She was an avid animal lover, caring for and taking in countless animals over the years. She loved the outdoors, camping, taking long walks and sitting outside in her porch swing. She loved to travel with her family and go camping. She was a kind and gentle soul, that loved her family dearly. She will be missed by all who has known her.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents George (Russell) and Ruth M. Matthesen, her husband of 47 years William H. Hazlitt.
She is survived by her 3 daughters, Pamela S. Flack of Loma Rica CA. Janet G. Gifford and Terri K. Dudzic of Del City, OK. 9 Grand Children, Dion Flack of Smartsville CA, Brandon Baldwin of Concord CA, Joseph and Chrissy Joaquin of Smartsville CA, Shanda Baldwin of Modesto CA, Cory Jones of Oklahoma City OK, Maurice and Jana Joaquin of Loma Rica CA, Ryan M. Dudzic of Oklahoma City OK, Rachel Dudzic and Natalie Rolfes of Del City OK.
9 Great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
