Linda A Solomon

Linda Ann Solomon was born on October 23, 1957 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Joseph M. and Reita L. LeNoir Solomon.  Linda passed away on April 17, 2025 at the age of 67.  She was preceded in death by her parents, sister  Joanne M. Solomon Terlizzi & her husband Tony Terlizzi and brother-in-law Craig Allman. Linda is survived by her best friend and partner of 36 years, Teddy Higgins, sister Kathy Allman, brother and sister-in-law Joe and Nancy Solomon and many nieces, nephews and friends.  Linda grew up in Del City Ok.  She started school at the age of three, attending the Oklahoma Speech & Hearing Center. In ninth grade Linda started public schooling when their curriculum finally included education for the deaf population.  She went on to graduate from Classen High School in Oklahoma City.  By this time, Linda was proficient in Lip Reading and  American Sign Language.  After graduating, Linda worked at Tinker Air Force as a keypunch operator for many years.  She left Tinker to help and assist her sister in taking care of her niece and nephew when needed.  Linda enjoyed watching the Oklahoma Sooners and Greenbay Packers football games.  She loved her family and life to the fullest and will be missed. We find comfort in knowing Linda's legacy lives on through the lessons she taught us about perseverance, the love she shared and the memories we will cherish forever.
