Leta Mae (Sullivan) Moore

She graduated from Dale High School in 1947 and went on to attend Neff’s Business School, which would begin her career as a bookkeeper. She was a state champ bowler and also played on a semi pro basketball team with both of her sisters. Talking, cryptograms, camping, taking occasional trips to the casino, and spoiling her children and grandchildren are just a few of her favorite past times.

Leta was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, James Iverson Moore; infant daughter; son, Lynn Moore; sisters, Anna Christine Reid, and Louise Cochran. Survivors include her daughter, Suzanne McClure (Doug); grandchildren, Sean Petty, Garrett Petty (Tamara), Meghan Brusto (Bryan), Logan Bradley; siblings, Leonard Earl Sullivan (Marilyn), Darrel Vaughn Sullivan (Madonna); and many nieces, nephews and friends who will miss her dearly.

Visitation will be held from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at the Resthaven Funeral Home in Shawnee, OK. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 21, 2016 at the Dale Church of Christ. Interment will follow in the Dale Cemetery. Condolences may be offered at www.eisenhourfuneral.com
