Kathy Jean Hibbs of Newcastle, passed away from this life and to the presence of our Lord surrounded by her loving family May 30, 2014. Kathy was born July 8, 1955 in Bad Kreuznach, Germany to Troy & Betty Doshier who preceded her in death. Kathy is survived by her husband Frank Hibbs of Newcastle, OK. Two sons, Steven George of Yukon, OK, and Sean Terry of Yukon, OK. Kathy had two brothers and one sister, Troy Doshier Jr. of Shawnee, OK, who preceded her in death, Tresia Rebeck of Tulsa, OK, and Roy Dale Doshier of Yukon, OK. Kathy had five grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
