Judy was born in Arkansas City, KS. She married Florencio D Robles after high school. Florencio was in the Air Force. The Air Force took them from Kansas to New Hampshire then across the states stopping in Texas, Oklahoma and on to California. Judy was quite the traveler. She drove to each of the new bases with a visit home to her mother’s in between every base change. They retired to Del City, OK from the Air Force to raise their four children.
She is survived by her husband, Florencio D Robles of 62 years; her children, Marcy Leonard, Cindy Lamb, Michelle Ouwenga, son-in-law Allen, son Mark and daughter-in-law Julie. She has seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and one brother, James Conroy.
Judy enjoyed bowling and crafting. She shared her love of bowling with her son and one of her grandsons. She liked listening to music when doing her cleaning and watching television when she had time. After her grandchildren came, she spent many hours playing and helping take care of them.
Cody was a grandson that helped take care of Judy and Florencio in their later years. She loved him like a son and was very thankful he was there to help her.
Friends and Family are invited to a visitation on Sunday, August 13, 2023 from 1:30-5pm. Her funeral service will be held at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home on 29th Street in Del City on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at 10:00am. There will be food served after the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Elgin, OK at Ft. Sill National Cemetery (the military cemetery) at 2:00pm on Tuesday.
