Frances was an entrepreneur of the nightlife industry where she owned a nightclub and a bar. In her free time she enjoyed playing cards, working on her seek-n-find books, fishing, working in her gardening and quilting.
Frances married Roy L. Blackburn and they had 4 daughters; Betty Lou, Donna, Paula and Denise.
She is preceded in death by her husband; Roy, daughter; Betty Lou, sisters; Blaneh White, Gladys Martin, Wanda Grand, Lorene Armor, brother; Wade Henry and wife Hazel Sorrow.
Frances is survived by her daughters; Donna Stephens and husband, Troy, Paula Diane Blackburn, Denise Lee Vinson and husband, Kenneth. Her memory will continue to be cherished by her 8 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
