He was born on March 30, 1938 to Susie and Emile Bocher Sr. in Krebs, Oklahoma.
Emile graduated from McAlester High School in McAlester, Oklahoma. He served 4 years in the US Air Force and then retired from Tinker Air Force Base in 1987 as an aircraft electrician.
Emile is survived by Colleen (daughter) and Jeff York of Edmond, OK; Christine (daughter) and Stephen Ellis of Tucson, AZ; Avery York (grandson) of Del City, OK; and Adanna (granddaughter) and Riley Mize of Oklahoma City, OK.
He was preceded in death by Freeda Bocher (wife); Susie and Emile Bocher Sr (parents); Andrew Bocher (brother); Rosalie Stahl (sister); Mary Ann Bocher (sister); Joe Bocher (brother); David Bocher (brother); and Marguerite Waltham (sister).
Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 15 at 10am at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home at 4000 SE 29th St. Del City, OK 73115 with Brother Larry Sparks officiating.
Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Memorial Park in McAlester, Oklahoma at 2pm.
Pallbearers will be: Avery York; Riley Mize; Jeff Reeves; Johnny Hays; Bill Baumann; Shane Yates and honorary pallbearer – Milton Dickson.
