Bobby Gene Riley, died unexpectedly, but peacefully at his residence on January 22, 2023. He was 86 years old. Bobby was born November 23, 1936 at Elk City OK to Damon and Henrietta Riley and is survived by 2 sisters Delores and Doris and 2 brothers Kenneth and Patrick.
Bobby graduated high school at Elk City OK and attended college at OSU Technical Institute
Bobby married Evelyn Lorice Gambill Aug 3, 1961 and then had 2 sons Marshall and Jaime Riley. He served in the Oklahoma Air National Guard from Oct 20, 1958 – Oct 17, 1964 in Airborne Communications maintenance and was honorably discharged. He also worked for Oklahoma Publishing Company (OPUBCO) Oct 1957 – Oct 1979 and General Motors Oct 1979 – Apr 2000 and then retired.
Bobby gave 100% into everything he did. He enjoyed all the jobs he worked at, he was a hard worker and a devoted Catholic. He also enjoyed camping, fishing, farming and hiking in the Colorado Mountains. He was a devoted father and grandfather and he instilled in them a love for adventure and respect for others.
Bobby will truly be missed by family, friends, colleagues, neighbors and will never be forgotten.
