A visitation for Billy will be held Tuesday, August 24, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Sunny Lane Funeral Home, 4000 Se 29th Street, Del City, OK 73115. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Sunny Lane Cemetery, 4000 SE 29th Street, Del City, OK 73115.
