He was a great patient.  We will miss him incredibly. 
Everyone was shocked and saddened in hearing the news.  The first time he came in he was so nice that everyone in the office felt like a a friend is coming in ever since. The kind of person that made you feel good about coming in that day.  

We've lived next door to Matt and family for 4 years and he was a great guy. Taken too soon, he is already sorely missed. Our condolences in this difficult time. The Sakowski's
