Jean was born in Pittsburgh, PA to Andrew and Anna Jean (Dietz) Fulton on October 21, 1931. She was married to Clair F. Shank of Altoona from 1948-1977 and to Francis V. Huber of Altoona from 1977-2012, both deceased.
She is survived by sons, Andrew, Mark, Bruce and Michael Shank, and daughter, Cynthia Wallace, stepson, David Huber, 15 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Jean retired as a Banquet Manager for the former Penn Alto Hotel in Altoona, PA. She was also a professional vocalist and performed with the Kim Sherry Band in Altoona. After retiring to Florida, she performed with the Denny Slawn trio in South Florida.
A private internment service will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Altoona.
