Stella English

Stella English, at age 88, of Deer Park, New York passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2023. Beloved mother of Susan Marino (Joseph), Barbara Horbatiuk (John), James English and Kevin English (Noreen Letta). Adored grandmother of Michael Horbatiuk (Alexandria), Joseph Marino, James Marino, Christopher Horbatiuk, Daniel Horbatiuk and Kevin English, Jr. Family meant everything to Stella. She loved going to Jakes 58 and Atlantic City where she played the penny machines. Christmas was her favorite holiday all year round. Stella was known for her sense of humor, which sometimes was off-color! She was very talented, creative and made beautiful crafts. Stella loved to travel on vacations and visit family. She loved the Hallmark Channel and shows like Highway to Heaven, Little House on the Prairie, Touched by an Angel and Law and Order.

A visitation for Stella will be held Thursday, February 2, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at Boyd-Caratozzolo Funeral Home. A visitation will occur Thursday, February 2, 2023 from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. A mass of christian burial will occur Friday, February 3, 2023 at 11:15 AM at Ss Cyril & Methodius RC Church, Deer Park Ave, Deer Park, NY. A burial will occur Friday, February 3, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Breslau Cemetery, Newark St, Lindenhurst, NY.
