Hugh Thomas “Tommy” Sloan, 69, a contractor of Hartselle, passed away Sunday, April 23, 2017 at his home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence A. Sloan and Monnie E. Gordon Sloan; two brothers, all of Tennessee; and one grandchild.
Mr Sloan is survived by his wife of 31 years, Connie Stokes Sloan, of Hartselle; three daughters, Darlene Sloan Stewart, of Tennessee, Rhonda Wyant, of California and Michelle Davis, of Kentucky; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Celebration of Life will be Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 1 pm at Roselawn Funeral Home with Rev. Glenn Taylor officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11 am until 12:45 pm at the funeral home.
