Shirley Ann Campbell

Funeral service for Shirley Ann Campbell, 67, of Decatur will be Wednesday, October 29, 2014, at 3 p.m. at Annunciation of the Lord Catholic Church with visitation beginning at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery with Roselawn Funeral Home directing.

Shirley Ann Campbell passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2014. She was born November 1, 1946, in Munich, Germany. Shirley was a beloved wife and mother. She retired from BellSouth after 31 years of service. She later became caregiver for her mother, Stefania Powers. Shirley was a very caring person who always put others ahead of herself. She is preceded in death by her parents, Stefania and Bruce Powers; and her sister, Marie Simon.

Survivors include her husband, Willie Eugene Campbell; daughter, Michelle Campbell of Madison and son, Michael Campbell of Jonesborough, TN; brother-in-law, Richard Simon; niece, Stephanie Simon and nephew, Richie Simon (Jaimee), all of Decatur.
