Ruby Jewel Crow

Ruby Jewel Crow, age 79, of Decatur, Alabama passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2022.

Visitation for Ruby will be held Monday, March 21, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel. A celebration of life will be Monday, March 21, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Derek Sherrill officiating. Burial will be at Roselawn Cemetery.

Ruby is preceded in death by her husband Carlos Clark Crow; Father Lerman McSherry, Mother Raslee Tucker, Stepdad Joe Ed Tucker. Sister’s Robbie Hinks and Nancy Taylor. Brother’s Jimmy Tucker and Johnny Tucker.

Ruby is survived by her Daughter Lisa (Tony) Thrasher, Son’s Robert (Marissa) Sledge, Quindle (Jackie) Terry Jr and Michael (Susan) Terry, Sister Diane Corley and her brother Carl Tucker. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Ruby loved the Lord, her children, her grandchildren and great grandchildren. They all loved their nanny! She had such a kind heart and loved everyone, especially her fur babies Chelsea and Sammy.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Terry, Michael Muse, Dustin Waits, Kenny Hetrick, Austin Engle, Shawn Holmes.

Memorial gifts may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or The Lewy Body Dementia Foundation.
