Roberta McSherry

She was the youngest of 13 children that have all preceded her in death. She married Hiram Harrison "Harry" McSherry in 1949 and the couple had one child together, Steve. Harry preceded her in death in 2007 at the age of 82. She was a dedicated and involved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She was also a faithful member of Southside Baptist Church in Decatur, AL. In her spare time, she enjoyed square dancing, card playing and any opportunity to go to the beach.

Roberta is survived by her son, Steve McSherry; her grandchildren, Charlotte Kroelinger, Chris and Melanie Bishop; and her great grandchildren, Natalie Bishop, Anna, Sawyer and Lilly Kroelinger.

There will be a private service for the immediate family at Roselawn Cemetery in Decatur, AL on Monday May 16, 2022.
