Paula Taylor Yarbrough, 68 of Decatur, Al., passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023 at Huntsville Hospice Family Care surrounded by her family and friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 18 from 11-1 Pm at Roselawn Funeral home with graveside service to follow at Roselawn Cemetery at 1 PM with Rev. Brandon Lewis officiating, she will be laid to rest at Roselawn Cemetery. Mrs. Yarbrough is survived by her loving daughter & caretaker Ashley Summer Bolton; husband Charlie Yarbrough, Brother Roger B. Taylor, nephew Bradley Styles, as well as a multitude of friends who were like family. She was preceded in death by her parents Carmon Allan Taylor and Marguerite Bonds Taylor. Paula Robin Taylor Yarbrough was born on May 17, 1955 to Carmon Allan Taylor and Marguerite Bonds Taylor. She graduated from Austin High School in 1973. Paula worked as a legal secretary before enjoying a career in Real Estate. She was a former member of Junior League of Morgan County and Decatur Cotillion Club. Paula enjoyed spending time with her daughter and husband, her precious dogs, lazy days by her pool, porch sitting with friends, Alabama football, and the Philadelphia Phillies baseball. Those that will be serving as pallbearers will be Bo Belcher, Dave Fry, Blake Hamric, Houston Lovelace, Weston Tanner, and Jimmy Yarbrough. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Valley or Mosaic Mentoring of North Alabama.
