Frances Alberta Bailey, of Hartselle, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, October 26, 2021. She is survived by her sons Roger Edmiston, Douglas Edmiston, and Gary Edmiston.

She is preceded in death by her husbands Jackie Edmiston and Riley Bailey.

She was born on December 22, 1924 in Russell, Kansas. She married Jackie Edmiston on February 2, 1949. As a military family she traveled extensively and lived in many states and also, lived in France and Japan. Upon Jackie's passing she married Riley Bailey in 1985.

A graveside service for Frances will be held Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Roselawn Cemetery, Decatur, AL.

Those surviving as pallbearers will include Roger Douglas, Gary Edmiston, David Colarocco, William Darwin, and Angie Coulter.
