William L. “Bill” Kramer, age 68 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at his home. He is preceded in death by his wife, Karen Kramer in 2015, parents William and Doris Kramer, and a brother, Rick Kramer. He is survived by two sons: Jeremy (Stephanie) Kramer and Eric (Katy) Kramer. He is also survived by two grandchildren:, Brooklyn and Sutton, as well as a brother, Steve Kramer, and two sisters; Mary Tittle and Ruth Kramer, sister-in-law Janet Grant, and numerous nieces and nephews. Bill was a 1973 graduate of Patterson CO-OP High School. He was an avid reader and loved golfing. He was also a fan of the Buckeyes, Reds and Bengals and he loved music. A memorial service will be held at the Tobias Funeral Home Belmont Chapel, 648 Watervliet Ave. on Monday, October 9, 2023 at 1 PM. Friends may gather at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Monday.
