Collingsworth, Teresa, age 48, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, November 10, 2015. Teresa was preceded in death by her parents, George and Norma Diedriech and her sister Nancy Waltz. She is survived by her husband, Randy Collingsworth; 3 brothers, Morgan (Sandra) Diedriech, David (Tina) Diedriech, and Gary Diedriech; 1 sister, Amy (Jeff) Mangas; mother-in-law, Mildred Height; sister-in-law, Rita (Danny) Gutierrez; brother-in-law, Eric Waltz; 11 Nephews and Nieces, including Brandon (Jenna) Frei, Grant Frei, and Kayla Frei; 12 great-Nephews and Nieces, including Gwenyth Frei. She is also survived by her dogs, Hank, Angel, and Sammy. Teresa was an avid Nascar fan and loved Jeff Gordon. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Monday, November 16, 2015 from 5PM-7PM at Tobias Funeral Home, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. Followed by a memorial service at 7PM.
