I used to enjoy listening to his radio programs on my way to work.  His teachings really challenged me to dig deeper in my Bible studies.  It was obvious he was a fervent student as well as teacher of the Holy Word.  May the Lord be with those closest to him in this life.

Terry was powerful, bold and a man of godly integrity! I wrote him several times telling him that he's the Best Bible Teacher EVER! 
He also said I got the highest score on his D.B.I. proficiency exam. I hope to help continue the work he equipped me to do.  I doubt that I
can earn half the rewards he will be receiving at the judgement seat of Christ, but he's helped me to have goals I never dreamed of before being taught by him. Terry loved his wife tremendously and the Lord even more. He has provided a great example for us to follow. Now Terry is basking in the eternal Love of Christ, and all his suffering on this earth has ended. Heartfelt sympathy to Sis. Carol who loved Bro. My name is Matt and I never met your husband personally, however through the doctrine he taught, it is as if I've known him for some time. To this very hour he is still preaching and teaching as I listen to his messages and teaching via the internet and his appearances at Grace Ambassadors. I thank our Lord for him. As to his passing to glory, I am reminded you can't lose someone when you know where they are. Thank you both for your contribution to my furtherance and joy of faith.

Over the yrs I attended numerous services at various locations  from time to time where Pastor McLean ministered. I met him and his wife yrs ago when he had the bookstore on Salem ave in Dayton.   Although I am not in agreement with all mid acts doctrine, It was through his ministry God began to open my eyes to true justification by faith. I had been misled for yrs into thinking we were saved by praying the sinners prayer and asking Jesus into our heart, I now know it’s through faith in the death burial and resurrection of out Lord Jesus Christ thanks to God using this man. I am eternally grateful for the teaching of Pastor McLean.  Pastor served the Creator of the universe without compromise, and is now judging angels at home with the Lord.

Terence McLean and Sister Carol will never know the number of lives they touched and changed.  They may have thought some of us just passed through for a brief time, but in fact, they have both stayed with us, and will stay with us, forever.

I was very sorry to hear about Terry's passing, and my prayers go out to Carol and the family.  I very much miss those church services and all the people I shared company with in their Xenia location quite a few years ago.   Even before that time, Terry and Carol both were very instrumental in establishing my love of the King James Bible and the Mid Acts dispensational message.  I recall visiting their bookstore many a time in Beavercreek way back when.  I thank God for Terry and Carol both.  

I want to express my deep sorrow over the passing of Pastor Terry.

My wife and I had only been in our home for a month or so when a paper landed on our driveway and advertised a church that was "dispensational".  We had gotten an understanding of right division in our previous home in Florida and we were finding it difficult to go back to the church we had been married in due to the clear lack of good doctrine.  Later, I saw one of Pastor Terry's columns in the paper with a picture.  I remember telling my wife something to the effect "Well, we've visited other churches one time so we'll give this one a try".  

Over the ensuing decade+, my wife and I and our daughter, and another two sons, and another daughter, had the distinct privilege of sitting under solid doctrine and teaching.  Our children had the added benefit of sitting under the tutelage of Miss Carol, who taught the children's Sunday School.  Trust me, this wasn't the "coloring pictures of Jesus" brand of teaching that may pass muster elsewhere but serious study of Bible truths tailored for young people.

Needless to say, Pastor Terry was a zealous defender of right division of the Authorized Version of the Scriptures and his enthusiasm and his teaching will be missed.

Pastor Terry had preached the gospel during church service on Columbus Ave. in Xenia and that's when/where I was saved after believing. For a number of years we had a lot of fun together with the group from the assembly preaching the gospel door-to-door throughout many Dayton area communities. For four summers we ran a gospel booth at the Greene County Fair and that was a lot of fun too. I saw him preach at bible conferences. I knew him as a full time dedicated bible preacher delivering messages 3-4 times a week at the assembly, on the air producing a radio show five days a week, over the internet preaching a bible study every week, running a three hour Grace School of the Bible program every week,  and later ran his own Dispensation Bible Institute, and preaching door to door every week as well. He put his heart into his ministry! He was a devoted husband to Sister Carol.   Thank you Pastor Terry for all your devotion and dedication.

We were saddened to hear of Terry's passing and have enjoyed sharing our gratefulness for his many years of teaching through radio, websites, literature and preaching of God's salvation of grace through faith in Christ's finished work on the cross.  

It was through Pastor Terry's well known Dayton radio show (decades ago) that we first heard the "grace message" being preached and were immediately aware of the integrity of the message because it aligned itself with God's Word.

Pastor Terry is recognized by many for teaching and training faithful men and women to promote the gospel of the grace of God.  Multiple men who were mentored by him  moved to locations to preach and teach others about the free gift of salvation by grace through faith in Christ.

His devoted wife, Carol, (also a devoted teacher of God's grace) supported and accompanied Pastor Terry through his journey in Christ.  We wish to thank her for her devotion to the gospel and send our sincere condolences .

Eph 2:10  For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. 

Met brother Terry in his Salem Avenue bookstore. The first thing Terry established my faith in was the KJV bible as the infallable preserved word of God. Next one of Terry's employees Gerald Allen got the gospel to me in a Sunday night grange hall service in Beavercreek Ohio. Terry took stock in stablishing men and training them up in preaching and teaching. Terry took no ones salvation for granted. Later when I became his associate pastor in Xenia, Terry and I shared the gospel with many people proofing the ministry of reconciliation. Not just when the doors of our meeting place were open, but every Saturday - rain or shine.The ministry of simply telling and making all men see how they are reconciled to God. Later in my years of ministry Terry's faithfulness to take the the gospel of 1st Corinthians 15:1-4 followed me into my 17 years of public ministry. Not time filler bible study, but rather the love of Christ that changes lives.  Condolences and prayer of comfort to Carol, and family 💖

We are saddened. Brother Mclean helped us learn the real Truth Of The Grace Message.    Ephesians 3:9-10. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 2Corinthians 5-21. KJV.

Phoebe  and I were saddened to hear of Pastor Terry's homegoing, but for him, we know that he is with our Great God and Savior, Jesus Christ.        He touched many with his ministry, and was a pioneer with the "grace message" and right division of Gods word. Our prayers go out to Miss Carol.

Brother Terry was a faithful servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. He preached this message consistently and was a true ambassador. While we will miss him here, we know that we will spend all of eternity with him in glory.

Pastor Terry and his wife Carol have been major influences in my life. I have been a saved member of the body of Christ for about 6 years now and Terry is the reason. Had I not asked my father for help  (who learned the gospel through Terry) I’m not sure I would have ever known it. I remember telling my dad that there had to be more to life than just life as it was and he asked me to come to one of his own bible studies. There, we listened to Discerning the Times Publishing and that is when I first heard Terry speak and we all know that faith cometh by hearing. His message was so easy for me to understand because I didn’t have any religious baggage, nothing to unlearn. I then became a committed bible student and studied all day everyday and taught my kids. I remember Terry kept telling me to read Romans over and over and leave out chapters 9-11 until I understood the rest (as Israel was the audience of 9-11). Carols books have been a huge influence on many when trying to understand the true meaning of salvation and I am forever grateful for that.

I also need to give thanks to my father who had been there with Terry every step of the way through his health issues and also by Carols side.

Terry and Carol together have helped change my life, my fathers life, my kids’ life and since then equipped us with the needed tools to help even more people hear the gospel of Christ, to see souls saved. I will be forever grateful for all the work Terry did here while he lived as a human on this earth and hope that all who he has taught can also do the work of the ministry and make their mark while here living this short life here on earth. I will miss Terry’s physical presence but also know that he is living an eternal life with Christ now. I have a feeling he got there and said “It’s about time.”

He was a big help when I started rightly dividing the word of truth!  He was a unique teacher and I owe him a lot for helping me understand the writings of Paul and how important they are🙏🙏🙏

I praise the Lord for all of the saints that were reached through the ministry of Brother McLean to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery.

The impact this man had on the entire earth due to his faithfulness regarding equipping other men and women with knowledge and understanding of the Gospel is unparalleled in the past Millennium. So thankful for everything he has done as he has reached so many through his writings and life’s work directly and indirectly. This is a true man of God who truly had a love for people and walked in charity.  My heart and prayers for strength and  endurance are continually with his family and people who were close to him during his life.  Thank God for Pastor Terry. 

I'm very thankful for the memory of visiting Brother Terry and Sister Carol at their house about ten years ago. He helped me learn more and grow in the knowledge of the truth, as well as other memories of meeting him in seminars at Valdosta, Georgia and Swayzee, Indiana. He helped me learn to teach others to teach others and get the Gospel to so many people. We're very thankful for the Lord working in him, and look forward to seeing him again.
