Dr. Stephen V. Lee, DDS, age 71 of Beavercreek, passed away Sunday, May 21, 2017. A graduate of Centerville High School, Dr. Lee attended Perdue University to pursue a career in Engineering and was a member of the Boilermaker Marching Band. He later transferred to Ohio State and changed his major to Biology, and ultimately graduated from Case Western Reserve School of Dentistry with his DDS. He fulfilled his military obligation with the US Air Force Dental Corps in San Antonio, TX. At the conclusion of his service, Dr. Lee found his way back to Dayton and established a private practice in Beavercreek; he built The Log Cabin Dental Facility there, which has become a local landmark. He was inducted into the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics where he fine-tuned his skills in the fields of fixed prosthodontics and implant dentistry. He was a member of the local Rotary International Club. He is survived by a brother, Dr. Benjamin Philip Lee, DDS of Westford, MA, an aunt, Virginia Hess, and three cousins: Chrissy, Vicki and Pete. Graveside Interment of Cremains will be held at David Cemetery at 10 AM on Saturday, June 10, 2017. Arrangements are in the care of Tobias Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel.
