Shannon Nicole Dix, age 31 of Dayton, passed away at Miami Valley Hospital on March 5, 2018. She was preceded in death by her father Scott Dix and grandfather Jim Davis. She is survived by her mother Lisa Brown and loving step father Kennie Brown; brother Matthew Thompson; grandmother Barbara Davis; grandparents Jim and Nancy Benson; uncles Bert (Sherri) Dix, Rick (Janet) Dix, and Keith (Debbie) Benson; aunt Barbi Dix; and numerous cousins and friends, including special loving friend Steve Zamberlan. Shannon loved taking rides in the country, county music concerts, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and the Buckeyes. She loved doing her hair and makeup. Her family will miss her every day. Friends may visit at the Tobias Funeral Home, Belmont Chapel, on Monday, March 12, 2018 from 11-1 PM, with the Funeral Service starting at 1PM. Burial in David’s Cemetery.
