BLAIR, Rosolene (Baker), age 93 of Dayton, passed away Saturday January 11th, 2014 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born in Barbourville, Kentucky on July 28th, 1920 to William and Julie (Mills) Baker. She was preceded in death by her sister and brothers of Barbourville, KY. Ros, as she was known to most, is survived by her husband of 58 years, George Blair and her 3 children: George (Frank) Blair (Sandy), Ricky Blair and Jackie Blair Askins (Andrew); her grandchildren: Jennifer Blair (Joe), Rebecca Jantonio, Michael Blair, Stormy Marshall Nguyen (Jon), Mandy Askins (Jason), Avery Askins and Joshua Blair (Amy); and her 9 great-grandchildren: Jordan, Jared, Jackson, Kohner, Maxwell, Rory, Judah, Malcolm and Avery Jr. A devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend, she displayed a constant optimism throughout her life that uplifted those around her. Wise, confident and fiery, she was an unforgettable woman who inspired us all to live happily, surrounded by those we love. She was greatly loved and will be dearly missed. Family will receive visitors from 5-8pm Wednesday, January 15th, 2014 at Tobias Funeral Home 648 Watervliet Ave. Dayton, OH 45420. Memorial services will be held at 10am Thursday, January 16th, 2014 at Tobias Funeral Home, followed by a graveside service at Dayton National VA Cemetery 4100 W. Third St. Dayton, OH 45428.
