Roberta E Pitman

Wednesday, March 23, 2022. Roberta was born November 5, 1936 in Dayton,

Ohio to the late Robert and Margie Gansley. Preceded in death by her

loving husband of 49 years Johnnie Pitman, Roberta is survived by her

three sons, Robert (Natalie) Pitman of Beavercreek; John Pitman of

Centerville; and Charles (Dana Compton) Pitman of Xenia. She is also

survived by four grandchildren, Jason (Alicia) Pitman; Melissa (Adam)

Campbell; Lindsey (Asha) Pitman; Lyanna (Shain Thornhill) Pitman and

four great-grandchildren as well as many friends and family members.

Roberta was an active member of the Troy Street United Methodist Church

for many years and was employed by First National Bank before her

retirement. Most of all she loved her family and spending time with

them. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, April 8, 2022

at the Tobias Funeral Home - Beavercreek Chapel with Tom Stricker

officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until the time of

services. Internment at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
