KILROY, Robert "Bob" Leo; it is with great sadness that the family of Bob Kilroy, announces his passing after a brief illness, August 12, 2017, at the age of 86 years. Bob will be lovingly remembered by his wife and best friend of 9 years, Sally Kilroy and his stepchildren, Bill (Susie) Hancock and Tod (Wendy) Hancock. Bob will also be fondly remembered by his six step-grandchildren, Cody, Shelby, Sam, Lacey, Will and Nikki, by his sister Carole Miner, brother Jack Kilroy and the entire the Morgan family. Bob was predeceased by his first wife Marie. Bob was born June 4, 1931, in Boston Massachusetts. He was a graduate of Northeastern University, a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War and active member of the Dayton Antioch Shrine. Bob was the owner and founder of "Bob's Food Warehouse" formerly in Kettering and was a well known supporter of the Kettering area. A viewing for Bob will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2017, from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m., at David United Church of Christ, 170 West David Rd., Kettering, OH. Services will start at 11:30.
