Robert Grote age 87, of Beavercreek, OH passed away April 17th, 2020 in his home, surrounded by his loved ones. Bob was preceded in death by his loving wife of 62 years, Rita and is survived by his son Steven; daughter, Karen; 3 grandchildren, Justin (Brittany), Raynaldo & Morgan; and 2 great grandchildren, Camille & Robert. Bob was a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather. His faith and family came first and his devotion to both was clear by the many activities he participated in and supported throughout his life. Bob had a strong work ethic and held two jobs for much of his life to provide for his family. Bob enjoyed playing cards, watching movies, and he never met someone he couldn’t start a conversation with. He was well known for his good sense of humor and shared many laughs with friends and family.
