CRAIG, Robert G., age 86 of Centerville, Ohio died Tuesday, August 13, 2013. Bob was born in Middletown, OH on May 20, 1927 to the late Arnold and Mona Mae Craig. He was preceded in death by his brother James David. He is survived by his wife of 65 years Janet (Craycraft) Craig, daughter Toni, son Steven, sister Jeanne Wenzel of Florida, two grandchildren Tiffany and Scott (Melissa) Michael, and three great grandchildren Reagan, Delaney and Emma Michael. Also surviving are many cousins, nieces and nephews. Bob served in the United States Army Air Force during WWII. He graduated from Central Academy of Art and worked at Johnson Sabatino Ad Agency then E. F. MacDonald Incentive Company which became Carlson Marketing Group rising to the position of Vice President of Graphics Development. Through work and pleasure Bob and Janet were able to travel the world and experience many wonderful adventures. He was an avid golfer, and played as a member of Wildwood Golf Club. He enjoyed volunteering as a ranger at Pipestone Golf Club. Bob and Janet enjoyed their winter home on a golf course in Vero Beach, FL. Bob was honored to become a Kentucky Colonel, and was a member of many service clubs including American Legion, the Elks, and the VFW. He formerly was active with the Dayton Art Club where he served as President. A visitation of family and friends to celebrate Bob’s life will be Sunday, August 18, 2013 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME - FAR HILLS CHAPEL, 5471 Far Hills Ave., Dayton, Ohio 45429.
