Richard Leon Howland

Howland, Richard L., age 82, passed away on Wednesday December 14, 2016. Richard attended Georgia Tech University. He worked as a machinist for both N.C.R. and Delco Products. He was preceded in death by his grandparents who helped raise him, Pearl D. and Mona Boone; and by his parents, Chester and Anne Howland. He is survived by his wife and constant companion, Phyllis Howland; children, Laura Ann (Mark) Eimer, Paul Howland, Mikal Howland, and Todd (Charity) Howland; grandchildren, Rachelle Howland, Keely Eimer, Jasmine Eimer, and Parker Gavin Howland. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 20, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Tobias Funeral Home, 5471 Far Hills Ave. Funeral services will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 1:00.
