Phillip D. Johnson, age 63 of Dayton, OH, passed away on August 19, 2015. He is preceded in death by his parents, Horace F. and Leora (Edmisten) Johnson; brother, Clarence R. “Butch” Johnson; and daughter, Teresa Beth Johnson. Phillip is survived by his children, Ginger Dews, Richard Johnson; brother, Michael Johnson; nephew, Chris Johnson; grandchildren, Devin Dews and Eryka Dews as well as two great nieces and two great nephews. A visitation will be held on Friday, August 21, 2015 at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BELMONT CHAPEL from 6-8pm. A funeral service will take place at 10am on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at the funeral home.
