Patsy Jane Bolton, age 87, of Kettering, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.She was born in Woodway, Virginia on January 20, 1936 to parents Gilbert and Verda (Quillen) Shell who preceded her in death.
Patsy retired from DP&L after 31 years of service. She enjoyed travel and reading.
Surviving her is her husband of 68 years, Joe Bolton; numerous nieces and nephews and dear friends Arvina Hicks and Charlotte Hanson.
Patsy will be entombed at Miami Valley Memory Gardens. There are no public services.
