Pamela Kay Jung

Jung, Pamela Kay, age 64, passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Hester Othersen. Pamela is survived by her husband of 44 years, James; son, Brett (Sarah); daughter, Jill (Rich Knott); grandson, Griffen; granddaughter, Shelby; other family members, numerous cousins and countless friends. Pamela graduated from Bellbrook High School in 1968. Her work career spanned 3 decades at Met-Life Inc. Pamela's family wishes to thank all those who visited her, sent her prayers, and comforted her during her 5+ year courageous battle. Her relationships with everyone are what maintained her strength in her battle. A special thank you is given to the staff at Kettering Hospital Cancer Specialists of Dayton Center. The family will receive friends at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Road at Grange Hall Road from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, August 26, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2015, at the funeral home with Pastor Monte Stevens officiating. Interment will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens in Donnellsville, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made, in Pamela's memory, to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of Dayton.
