Michelle Lynn Kramer, age 59, born in Mattoon, Illinois on July 1st, 1959, of Franklin, Ohio, passed away at her residence on Friday, January 25th, 2019. She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Berry Sr.; brother, Jerry Berry Jr.; sister, Candance Vazquez and step-father, Larry Maddox. She is survived by her mother, Beverley ‘Milligan’ Maddox; husband, Ralph D. Kramer Jr.; daughters, Jamie Feltner of Franklin and Rebecca Kramer of Waynesville; sisters, Ann Robards of Lawrenceburg, KY and Barbara Gemmer of Erlanger, KY; brothers, Larry Berry of Chattanooga, TN, Phillip Maddox of Price, UT and Alvin Berry of Savannah, GA and a grandson to be. Michelle will be missed by all who knew and loved her. A memorial service will be held at 6pm on February 9th, 2019 at Pennyroyal Baptist Church, 3733 Pennyroyal Road, Franklin, Ohio 45005 with Minister Josh Clifford officiating.
