Michael Lush, age 62, of Beavercreek, OH passed peacefully from a sudden illness on August 6, 2018. He is survived by his wife of 35 years Brenda; their children Kevin (Kelly) Lush, Aaron Anderson, Lauren (Josh) Coffman; brothers Chris Lush and Dave Lush; grandchildren Travis Trout, Joshua Anderson, Josalynn Anderson, Bentley Green-Anderson, and Cece Lush. Michael was an employee of the U.S. Postal Service for 35 years where he achieved Postman of the year in 1995 and achieved the million mile status by being accident free for over thirty years. He dedicated many years to working at the Fraze Pavilion where he touched many lives. In addition to the Fraze, he also dedicated his time to the Rip Rap Roadhouse where he earned the name "Lawn Mower Mike" and "Mailman Mike". He updated all of his friends, family and fans with an almost daily online diary that he called L.O.L. (Life of Lush) which will always be remembered and cherished. He was the epitome of unconditional love and he will be missed. It was an honor to have had him in our lives. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10 am on Friday, August 10, 2018 at St Helen Catholic Church, 5080 Burkhardt Rd, Riverside, OH, with burial to follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens, 170 N Valley Rd in Xenia. A visitation will be held 4-8 PM on Thursday,August 9, 2018 at Tobias Funeral Home, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd in Beavercreek. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Grandview Foundation in Dayton OH, or Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave, in remembrance of Michael.
