Merle Surface

SURFACE, Merle, age 86, passed away peacefully, Friday, June 14, 2013 at the Heartland of Centerville. She was born in Harlan, Kentucky, to the late James and Dolly Edens. Merle was a long time resident of Springboro, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Donald D. Surface. Merle was a loving wife, devoted mother and grandmother. She is survived by her children: Donna Cox(husband Terry deceased), Beverly Badois, Cindy Dolezal(husband Bill), Robert Surface (wife Jamie), grandchildren: Sara Cox (husband Brian), Dana Wallace, and Leah Cox; Paul Badois III; Angie Westbrock(husband Matt) and Eric Mahan(wife Krista);Ana, Faith, and Lauren Surface, great-grandchildren: Cameron Cox, Bailey and Brady Wallace, Tommy Westbrock, Zander and Elle Mahan, sister Edna Lewis, and a host of family and friends. Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM TUESDAY, June 18, 2013 at the Miami Valley Memory Garden Mausoleum Chapel with Pastor Ron Sparks officiating. Family will receive friends ½ hour prior to funeral service. Arrangements completed by the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-Far Hills Chapel.
