Maxine Conley

Maxine was born April 25, 1930 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late George and Stella Hersman. She graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1948. Maxine then worked at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base as a secretary for 5 years before becoming a stay-at-home mom. After her father’s death, she devotedly cared for her mother for 30 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Donald Hersman and son-in-law, Jerry Drodge.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 74 years, Ray Conley; children Judy Drodge of Kettering, Ohio, Ken (Dani) Conley of Centerville Ohio; grandchildren, Bryan, Tracey, Kevin, Jennifer, Jessica, Shannon; great-grandchildren, Clever, Peyton, Indris, Thatcher, Landon; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was loved by family and friends and will eternally be in our hearts.

A visitation for Maxine will be held Monday, December 11, 2023 from 10:00-11:00 with services following at Tobias Funeral Home - Far Hills Chapel, 5471 Far Hills Ave, Dayton, Ohio 45429. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at David's Cemetery, 4600 Mad River Road, Dayton, OH 45429.
