Mattie Ruth Goeltzenleuchter, age 83 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016. She was preceded in death by, her husband, Darrell T Goeltzenleuchter, sisters, Opal Chaney and Betty Chaney, brother, Larry Davis. Mattie is survived by her sisters, Donna McIntosh, Elaine (Gary) Powell; brothers, James (Peggy) Davis, John (Gladys) Davis, Pleas (Wanda) Davis and Shirley Davis; sister-in-law, Lois (George) Heeter and numerous nieces and nephews. She loved flowers, gardening, painting and ceramics. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, corner of Allen & Xenia Ave. Friends may call 9:30 – 10:30 am at the church. Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
