Mary Coldiron

Mary Katherine Trivett Coldiron, age 78, of Kettering, Ohio passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 26,2022 at the Kettering Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. Mary was born February 4,1944 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Joe and Charlene Trivett.

Mary was preceded in death by her cherished husband Vernon Lee Coldiron; her parents, Joe and Charlene Trivett; a brother James G. Trivett; and three sisters, Joann Sizemore, Gail Miller, and Barbara Hamilton. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Mary was a great friend to anyone who needed her. She enjoyed going to church and was a member of the First Dayton Free Will Baptist Church. She enjoyed her word search puzzles and horehound candy. While she will be truly missed, we are thankful that she is united in heaven with all her loved ones.

A special thank you to her dear friends Dan and Salona Robinette for their love and support for many years. Also, thanks to the staff at the Kettering General Hospital and ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation (Kettering) for their kind compassion and caring of Mary during her illness.

A funeral service for Mary will be held Saturday, December 10,2022 at 10:00 am at Tobias Funeral Home, 3970 Dayton Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432 with Pastor Mark Long presiding. A private burial will follow where she will be laid to rest next to her husband at Maple Grove Cemetery in Port William, Ohio.
