Marianne Holtevert

HOLTEVERT, Marianne R., age 83 passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2015 in Kettering. She was born September 10, 1931 to her parents James R. and Lillian R. (Byba) Fackler. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles C. Holtevert Jr., her son, Charles C. Holtevert III and her daughter, Deborah M. Holtevert. Marianne is survived by two children: Lawrence N. Holtevert and wife Kimberly of New Knoxville and daughter, Mary Lynn Holtevert-Kee and husband Patrick Kee of Bellbrook. She is also survived by five grandchildren: Lawrence, Stacy, Branden, Bryen and Brent, and one great-grandchild: Wade. Marianne and Charles were among the founding families of United Cerebral Palsy in Dayton and in their day worked tirelessly to support the needs of persons with disabilities. At Marianne’s request, contributions can be made to United Rehabilitative Services in Marianne’s memory. No services will be held; private inurnment in Calvary Cemetery will be held at the family’s convenience.
