Marian S. Grizinski

Grizinski, Marian S., age 93, passed away Saturday January 24, 2015. She was an avid tennis player and taught china painting for many years. Several of her prized pieces have been displayed in museums. She donated many volunteer hours to St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church and to the Second Shelf. Marian was a devoted wife and mother to her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Aloysius and Josephina Saner; and by a son, James T. Grizinski. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, William and Yolande Grizinski; grandchildren, Alexandra Grizinski, and Misty (Patrick) Collins; great grandchildren, Braelyn and Teaghan Collins; nieces, Jana Arend, Sara Soper, Connie Lee, Loretta Holton; Visitation will be Saturday January 31, 2015 from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 4500 Ackerman Blvd. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Retirement Fund for Religious, c/o St. Charles Catholic Church.
