Louis E. Perry

PERRY, Louis E. age 93 passed away Thursday, December 26, 2013 at the residence. He was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio to the late Eugenio and Josiphine Perri. Lou was a 1939 Chaminade High School graduate and attended the University of Dayton. He retired from the Bendix Corp as an industrial engineer, and was a United States Army Air Corp veteran of WWII. Lou was a lifelong member of Holy Angles Church and was a Kettering Hospital volunteer for 21 years. He is preceded in death by his brothers; John and Carl, sisters; Mary Anne and Virginia and son James. Lou is survived by his wife of 67 years, Julia Perry, their sons; Joseph and Robert(Jennifer)Perry, grandchildren: Erin Perdu of MI.; Emily, Megan, and Caroline Perry, and great-grandson Max Perdu, sisters: Josiphine Skinner and Evelyn Parks both of Dayton, numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call Sunday, December 29, 2013 from 3:00PM to 6:00PM at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-Far Hills Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00AM Monday at the Holy Angels Catholic Church 218 K St. Dayton, Ohio 45409. Burial will follow Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in Lou’s memory to St. Vincent De Paul or St. Jude Hospital.
