Neace, Loeita age 73 of West Carrollton, Ohio passed away Tuesday May 5, 2020 at Kettering Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her husband Don Neace in 2018 and her parents Rufus and Eva Napier. She is survived by her daughter Sara Neace of West Carrollton, a brother Manuel ( Debbie) Napier of Ashland, KY; a grandson, Joshua Neace of West Carrollton; Aunt and Uncle Olie J. and Thelma Day; sister-in-law Beulah Mercer and brother-in-law Art Neace; cousins, Lois Napier, Janell and Jeff Day; a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. She will be especially be missed by her beloved buddy, Bolt and her beautiful cat Juvia. Loeita was a member of Christ Church of Bellbrook. Memorial Services will be held Saturday May 30, 2020 at Christ Church Bellbrook, Ohio at 1 pm.
