Linda Shearer

Linda L. Shearer age 74 of Beavercreek, passed away on Friday, February 9th 2024. She was preceded in death by son, Rusty Shearer; parents, Hugh “Doc” and Doris Wilkerson; and brother, Wayne Wilkerson. She is survived by her son, Jimmi (Angie) Shearer and honorary daughter, Wendy Smith; siblings, Jim Wilkerson, Tammy (Greg) Williams, and Judy (Ron) Detmer; Grandchildren Paige Hammel, Destiny Shearer, and Jenna Shearer, and nine great grandchildren. Linda was a graduate of Beavercreek High School and went on to be a banker for over 30 years. She was an avid gardener and loved planting flowers around her house every year. She was also a big wildlife and animal lover and had many pets over the years. She loved hummingbirds, especially the ones that frequented her garden every year.

Visitation will be held at the Tobias Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton Xenia Rd Beavercreek Ohio, on Thursday, February 15th from 5-8 PM. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, February 16th at 11 AM. Interment will follow the service at Mt. Zion-Park.
