Kenneth Tipton

Kenneth L.Tipton, age 74 of Beavercreek, passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at his home. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul R. Tipton and a son-in-law, Michael McCreary. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Arlene Tipton, as well as his mother, Izetta Tipton. His daughters also survive him: Kym Beck and husband Gene and Jackie McCreary, all of Lebanon. He is also survived by three grandchildren: Alyssa Beck, Kellie McCreary and Sydney Beck, two brothers: Larry and Terry Tipton, and a sister, Joan Tipton. Kenneth was a US Army Veteran and was the golf pro at Walnut Grove Country Club for more than 30 years. Friends may call at the St. Luke Catholic Church, 1440 N. Fairfield Rd., Beavercreek, OH 45432 from 9:30 – 10:30 AM on Friday, February 21, 2014. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the church on 10:30 AM Friday morning by Fr. Terry Schneider. Interment will be in Valley View Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Hospice of the Miami Valley in Kenneth’s memory.
