HESS, Judson A. “Jud”, age 86 of Dayton passed away March 16, 2016. Jud was born on September 2, 1929 in Dayton. He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy J. Houser Hess and his mother who raised him, Ruth Stetler Hess. He is survived by several nieces, nephews, and close friends. Jud was a 1947 graduate of Stivers High School and attended the University of Dayton. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, retired from Delco Moraine as a Supervisor, loved the game of golf and going to the Oakwood Club Restaurant.
