John Thomas Price

Price, John Thomas, age 82, of Kettering passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2015, at Kettering Medical Center. He was born on October 19, 1932. John was preceded in death by his parents John M. Price and Luvenia Collier Price and his brother Philip Price. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Nancy; three children Richard J. (Jeannette) Price, Linda (Steven) Cotrone, and David (Emily) Price; four grandchildren; Alexandra and Jacob Price, and Stephanie and Christina Cotrone; and three siblings Betty Lou Bass, Frederick Price and Richard M. Price. John received his BSEE from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Xavier University. He was a member of Triangle Fraternity at the University of Cincinnati. He served two years in the US Army. He worked as an electrical engineer at Delco Products a division of General Motors for 45 years. John sang with the Daytona Chorale for 20 years. He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, Kettering, OH where he served many years as Chair of the Worship Committee, Sacristy Steward, and in many other capacities.
