HENTZELL, John A. “Jack”, age 87 of Kettering, passed away Monday, April 15, 2013 at The Hospice of Dayton. Jack was born on August 26, 1925 in Dayton to the late John and Valarien Baubolz Hentzell. He was preceded in death by his wife, Julie A. O’Neill Hentzell. He is survived by his daughter Carla (Gene) Patient; three grandchildren, Jon Vaughn, Julie (Eric) Quinn and Joel Vaughn; four great grandchildren, Cahan & Conor Quinn and Taylor & Brady Vaughn; and dear friends, Vic & Tim Rieger and Nellie & Tommy James. Jack was a graduate of Chaminade High School, served in the U.S. Navy during WW II and retired from N.C.R. after 35 years. He was also an avid University of Dayton and Notre Dame Fan.
