Jo Ann Sutermeister

SUTERMEISTER, Jo Ann, age 83 of Centerville, OH passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2017 with family present. She was a graduate of Stivers High School and attended Miami University. Mrs. Sutermeister was a respiratory technician at both Kettering and Sycamore Hospitals. Her late husband of 45 years, Robert L. Sutermeister, passed away in 1998. She is survived by her four children: Steven (Deborah) Cincinnati, OH; Sheryl Blair Lebanon, OH; Shelly (Michael) Day West Chicago, IL; Sandra Miamisburg, OH; eleven grandchildren: Jay, Kristin, Cara, Matthew, Michael, Wesley, Jonathan, Michelle, Kaylee, Eric, Caroline, and step-grandson James; eight great-grandchildren: Katelynn, Kyle, Cameron, Kelsey, Anna, Tatum, Leo, Layla. She is also survived by a sibling, Chuck (Maredith) Rayner Simi Valley, CA and a niece and nephew. Friends of the family may call from 5:00 to 7:00 pm Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-FAR HILLS CHAPEL, 5471 Far Hills Ave at Rahn Rd, Dayton, OH 45429. Services will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at the funeral home. Pastor Henry Zorn officiating. Burial will follow the service at Woodland Cemetery and Arboretum, 118 Woodland Ave, Dayton, OH 45409.
