Jerry M Perkins

Jerry Mitchell Perkins, age 67, passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at the St. Leonard's Nursing Home in Centerville. He was born in Dayton, Ohio to the late James Perkins and Edith Stephens. He is also preceded in death by his siblings Sharon Esken and Deborah McLaughlin. He was a United States Air Force veteran, and Jack of all Trades. Jerry is survived by his children: Jerry (Monica)M Perkins Jr., Heather L (Joe)Bonner, and Jennifer N(Terry)Born, wife Tonja Perkins, step-daughter Krista Esposito, grandchildren: Robert Rogers, Shannon Vonneumann, Christian Born, Cynthia Perkins, Nkosi Perkins, and Parker Born, step-grandchildren: Dakota and Kortney Esposito, three great-grandchildren, and sister Brenda (Michael)Fair, a host of nieces and nephews. Friends may call 10:00AM to 11:30AM Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-Beavercreek Chapel; where service will be held 11:30AM Tuesday, with Pastor Jerry Siler officiating. Burial to follow at the Dayton National Cemetery.
